My mother, Sarah Elizabeth Adams, was born in Lynnvile, TN, on August 15, 1900.  Her parents were J.(James) Larkin Adams and Sara(h) Elizabeth Sweeney.  Larkin was born on Oct. 27(22), 1870 and died on Jan. 10(20), 1928. He is buried in Maplewood Cemetery in Pulaski, TN.  He was a grocer, owned a shoe repair shop, and was a nurseryman.  His father was A.J.Adams. Larkin's  wife was born on June 2, 1878 and died on Feburary 17, 1963 after  re-marrage to John Drew Foster.  She is buried in Woodlawn Memorial  Park in Nashville, TN.  My mother worked in the Farm Bureau office in  Pulaski and married Fred LaGrange Bartlett from Huntington, IN.  She died on June 2, 1973 and is buried in Woollawn Memorial Park in Nashvill, TN. My mother's sister, Alvie May Adams, was born July 5, 1898, married Boliivar Knight King.  He died on January 27, 1927 and is buried in Maplwood Cemetary in Pulaski, TN. She them married Robert E. Crye.  She died March 21, 1997 and is buried in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Nashville, TN.  Anyone having information about the Adams or Sweeney families pleas contact me at bobbartlett37@hotmail.com

My wife and I were in Lynnville about a month ago. Not much as changed since my last visit. I still enjoy returning to the quaint quiet community. We will return again in the fall to see family and just relax. We really enjoyed the train museum and just walking the downtown area.
